At Next Level Property Management, we have a wide variety of residential properties available for rent throughout Riverside county, San Bernardino county, Orange county, and San Diego county, including single-family homes, apartment units and condo units.

Our single-family homes, apartment units and condo units are located across Southern California, including Temecula, Murrieta, Wildomar, Lake Elsinore, Corona, Menifee, San Jacinto, Hemet, Carlsbad, Oceanside and Encinitas.
How do I find your available rental properties?
To find our available rental homes, simply head to our website. We list all postings directly on our website, each including information about the property, rental rates, amenities, location and more.
Can’t find something you’re interested in? Don’t give up! We update our current listings on a regular basis, so be sure to keep checking.
How do I apply for a rental property?
If you find a property you’d like to rent, please submit a rental application directly online through our website.
You will be required to provide details regarding your income, credit score, rental history, employment and other relevant information.
Providing accurate and complete information will help avoid unnecessary delays.
What qualifications are required to rent a home?
In general, in order to be approved for a lease, you will need to demonstrate:
- A stable source of income that exceeds the required rent payments
- A good credit score
- A positive rental history.
We conduct a fair and transparent screening process, ensuring equality for all applicants.
Can I schedule a property showing?
Of course! If you’re interested in one of our properties, don’t wait too long to schedule your showing.
At Next Level Property Management, we believe in 100% in-person showings. If you want to explore the property, you can count on personally meeting a licensed team member on-site to walk you through the home and answer any of your questions.
How do I pay rent?
We make paying your rent simple. All you have to do is head to the online tenant portal through our website. There, you can pay your rent using a variety of payment methods, as well as set up automated payments.
If you have any payment-related questions, please contact us. Overdue or missed payments can result in late fees and other consequences.
When is rent due?
Typically, rent is due on the first day of the month, but please review your lease terms as this can vary.
You can find all the important details about your rent in your lease agreement, including your monthly rent amount, due date, acceptable payment methods, and any applicable policies regarding late payments.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
For all maintenance requests, please use the online resident portal.
All requests should provide as much detail as possible, including photos and videos when helpful.
What if I have an emergency maintenance issue?
Urgent maintenance issues that threaten your safety or could cause significant property damage should be reported to our 24/7 emergency maintenance line right away.
If the urgency involves immediate danger, like a fire or a gas leak, contact the appropriate emergency services before contacting us.
Can I have pets in the property?
Pet policies vary by property. The listing and lease will clearly outline all applicable pet requirements, restrictions, fees and approvals.
Please ensure you disclose your pet during the application process, before bringing the pet into any property.
Can I make changes to the rental property?
No, you cannot make alterations, changes or improvements without approval in writing from your property manager.
Will you enter the property while I’m renting?
At Next Level Property Management, we’ll never enter your home without proper notice. Unless there’s an emergency, we will provide you with at least 24 hours’ written notice before entering the home.

Can I terminate my lease early?
Early lease termination is possible, but it typically has consequences.
Terminating your lease early may involve paying rent until a new tenant is found, as well as early termination fees.
If you anticipate any changes to your leasing situation, please communicate with us as soon as possible to minimize consequences.
What happens when my lease is coming to an end?
We’ll communicate with you when your lease is approaching its end date. We’ll explain your lease renewal options, so you can make an informed decision.
If you decide to move out, please follow the notice requirements in your lease.
What should I do before moving out?
If you decide to move out, you will have to remove your personal belongings, clean the property and return all your keys and access devices.
How much is the security deposit?
Generally, the security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. However, please review your lease agreement for your specific amount.
We hold the security deposit to cover any costs resulting from damage beyond normal wear and tear, unpaid rent or other charges.
It is fully refundable if there are no allowable deductions.
When will I receive my security deposit?
If there are no allowable deductions, your security deposit will be returned to you in full within 21 days after you move out.
